Product policies
Refund policy
Fresh Future Ltd (TA MyBrandAcademy.com) products come with a money back guarantee. The length of guarantee varies with each product; please see the specific product pages for details. If you are not happy with your purchase please notify us in writing by email to contact@mybrandacademy.com. Items may then be returned for a full refund, as long as they a) are returned in full and in a resellable condition, and b) they reach Fresh Future Ltd (TA MyBrandAcademy.com) within 7 days. The refund will be made to the original debit or credit card used for the purchase.
Delivery of products
No order will be dispatched until payment has cleared. Goods will then be dispatched within three working days. If delivery is outside the UK delivery may take longer than 7 days.
Goods damaged in transit
We take care to package our products carefully and all goods are handed over to our postal service provider in good condition. Please provide any correspondence with your postal service provider to verify where the damage occurred. If you can show the postal service has damaged the goods in transit we will issue a full refund and seek compensation from the postal service. If the goods arrived within sound postal packaging but for some other reason were damaged please return the items in their original wrapping and we will issue a refund from cleared funds.
Defective goods
If the items you were sent are defective and unusable please notify us upon receipt in writing by email and return within 7 days explaining why the product is unusable and given satisfactory reason we will issue a full refund including our original postal charges.
If goods fail to arrive
If your product fails to arrive as expected please contact us first so that we may trace the products on your behalf. If the postal provider cannot verify delivery within 28 days of the expected delivery date we will provide a full refund including our original postal charges from cleared funds.
Service policies
Services and payment
Fresh Future Ltd (TA MyBrandAcademy.com) undertakes to provide the services as set out in an agreement between the client, in consideration of the payment as set out.
Should the client request and Fresh Future Ltd (TA MyBrandAcademy.com) agrees to provide services additional to those specified, the fees for those additional services shall be mutually agreed between the parties, but otherwise for all purposes of this agreement the additional services shall be deemed to be included within the definition of services.
Standards and insurance
The services shall be carried out by Fresh Future Ltd (TA MyBrandAcademy.com) with all reasonable skill and care, and in full compliance of relevant established current professional standards.
Fresh Future Ltd (TA MyBrandAcademy.com) shall take out and maintain during the term of this agreement an insurance policy, with a reputable insurance company upon terms which are sufficient to cover his liabilities under this agreement. Fresh Future Ltd (TA MyBrandAcademy.com) shall upon reasonable request produce to the client a copy of the said insurance policy, and a receipt for the payment of the current premium.
Reporting
Fresh Future Ltd (TA MyBrandAcademy.com) shall promptly provide to the client written reports on the discharge of his obligations under this agreement as and when these may be reasonably requested.
Confidentiality
All communications and all information supplied to or obtained by Fresh Future Ltd (TA MyBrandAcademy.com) in the course of or as a result of the discharge of his obligations under this agreement and all information relating to any invention, improvement, report, recommendation or advice given to the client by Fresh Future Ltd (TA MyBrandAcademy.com) in pursuance of his obligations shall be treated by Fresh Future Ltd (TA MyBrandAcademy.com) as confidential and shall not be disclosed by him to any third party or published without prior written consent of the client, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld.
Substitution
Fresh Future Ltd (TA MyBrandAcademy.com) undertakes that, in the event of his being unable personally to perform the Services in accordance with his obligations under this agreement, he will provide by way of a substitute to perform the services in his place a fully qualified alternative service provider acceptable to the client (the “substitute”), provided that the provision of the substitute shall be under a subcontract between Fresh Future Ltd (TA MyBrandAcademy.com) and the substitute and that the rights and obligations of Fresh Future Ltd (TA MyBrandAcademy.com) under this agreement in relation to the client shall not be affected, nor shall the client be under an obligation to pay any fees to the substitute for the provision by him of the services.
Performance
Fresh Future Ltd (TA MyBrandAcademy.com) makes no representations or warranties as to the levels of achievement, or the actions of recruitment business that might be expected by the client.
Event and training policies
Purchasing places at events
A contract shall be deemed to have been made between Fresh Future Ltd (TA MyBrandAcademy.com) and the client when the client has confirmed their attendence at an event by letter, fax, email or submission through a website.
Prices and payment
All prices quoted are exclusive of vat. In event of the rate of vat being increased between the acceptance of a booking and an event the client shall be liable to pay such increase before tickets are issued.
Typically full payment is required for an event at the time of booking. Once a booking has been made tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded. In the event of a deposit being made, all deposits are non refundable.
Event cancellation
Should an event for any reason be cancelled or rescheduled Fresh Future Ltd (TA MyBrandAcademy.com) will issue a full refund of the cost of the ticket only.
Alterations to advertised packages
Fresh Future Ltd (TA MyBrandAcademy.com) reserves the right to change the advertised contents of any event or training package.
Availability
All advertised events and training packages are subject to availability.
Liability of Fresh Future Ltd (TA MyBrandAcademy.com)
In any event Fresh Future Ltd (TA MyBrandAcademy.com) shall not be liable for death or personal injury suffered by the client or its guests arising out of the booking. This limitation of liability shall also extend to any loss or damage sustained by property or belongings of the client or any of the client’s guests or for any further costs, demands or expenses incurred or suffered by the client arising out of the booking.
Fresh Future Ltd (TA MyBrandAcademy.com) will not be liable for any cancellation of or alteration to the booking or any loss or damage to the client arising out of circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to any act of God, natural disaster or act of terrorism.
The contract of these terms and conditions shall be governed by English Law and Fresh Future Ltd (TA MyBrandAcademy.com) and the client hereby submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts in all matters regarding the contracts and these terms and conditions.
